These are the conditions that apply when ordering from our online store. You enter into an agreement with Beltlamp AS. Please read these conditions before you confirm your order when finalizing your transaction. When you use this web page or order products online, you are bound by the terms of the agreement. When you place an order, you agree to abide by these conditions. You access the cancellation form by clicking on Warranty and Complaints. You may get in touch with us at any time at email@example.com with any questions you may have, both before and after your order is placed.
The products presented on this page can normally be shipped to most European countries. They will be sent by DHL Ground. Due to issues with lithium batteries, certain limits are in effect with regard to air transport.
HOW TO ORDER
We have made the ordering process as simple as possible:
- Find the product you want, then click to select it.
- Once you have found the desired product and the quantity you want, click on the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner.
- Follow the steps indicated to complete your transaction.
- Select your preferred form of payment and currency.
- Products sent to private customers are shipped by DHL Ground outside Norway. Our aim is to deliver within 1–5 business days.
The price shown on beltlamp.com will always be the price you pay. No VAT or duties will be added on – these are included in the price. Shipping costs are additional for orders under €150. In such cases, these will be added on and shown clearly before you make payment.
Our online store, Beltlamp.com, offers free shipping, also abroad, for all orders larger than €150. For orders under €150, there will be an added cost of €7.50.
At Beltlamp AS we aim to send all online orders to you as soon as possible, in the order in which orders are placed. Although our goal is to deliver within 1-5 business days, this could be delayed by unforseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of a delay exceeding 30 days, you may cancel your order. Please note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive an E-mail or SMS setting these forth. Here you will find a code that you can use to track the shipment. Outside Norway, DHL Ground will handle transportation, due to limitations on shipping lithium batteries by air. All orders placed online will be delivered by DHL Ground to the address you have provided. You must sign for receipt of the goods.
