SHIPPING INFORMATION

What countries do you ship to?

At present, just Norway. Eventually we will ship abroad (within Europe, to start with), where DHL Ground will make the deliveries. Because of the lithium battery there is restrictions on transport by air.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Oslo, Norway.

When will I receive my order?

It will normally take 1-5 business days, depending on where the order is to be delivered. DHL Ground will contact you for further details, and you can trace the package with a code you get when you confirm your order.

How much will I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping throughout Europe for all orders larger than NOK/SEK 1,500 or €150. For orders smaller than this, there will be an added cost of NOK/SEK 75 or €7.70.

How much will be added on for taxes or duties?

Nothing. When you make your purchase via beltlamp.com, these are included in the price. There is no surcharge, either before or after your order is delivered.
